Your medical condition* will be taken into consideration in this customised, targeted massage (light to medium pressure). NOT full body massage. If you are suffering with pain from an injury or are in need of rehabilitation, the Remedial Massage is effective in relieving aching and tension to restore and maintain the functional integrity of muscle, tendons, fascia and ligaments through the use of techniques such as: - Deep tissue - Trigger point therapy - Myofascial release - Stretching - Cupping - Dry needling - Muscle compression and percussion (boots & gun) - Kinesiology Taping - Electrotherapy - Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) *conditions such as tendinitis, sciatica, wry neck, frozen shoulder, etc.
