Treatments
Can I claim my remedial massage through private health?
If your cover includes remedial massage, yes!
Please let us know that you would like to make a claim and we will issue you an invoice.
Is it safe to get a massage when pregnant?
Yes! The pregnancy is a pre-natal relaxation massage for anyone during the whole pregnancy (even in their first trimester) if you don't have medical conditions.
How often do I have to do my massage?
As often as you want!
If you need a treatment plan for your remedial massage, we can discuss that on your first appointment. Or as we recommend for a healthy, happy life have at least one every month.
How the Holistic Therapies works?
Some of them can be performed in person and some online as well. The aim of the holistic therapies is to heal your body from within to the outside, and therefore it will be more focused on healing the emotional/spiritual side of your self.
How many holistic treatments do I need?
For each person the process is different, some can achieve important changes with just one appointment, but we encourage people to have 3 treatments within 21 consecutive days for a full healing.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel or change your appointment up to 24 hours before the start time of the appointment without incurring a fee. To do this either follow the change/cancel link from your booking confirmation email, or email us at bookings@7ciel.com.au.
If you wish to cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment we will hold $30 deposit as a cancellation fee and you will need to email bookings@7ciel.com.au to let us know.
If you don’t show up for your online appointment you will be charged 100% of the treatment cost; For the in person treatments we will keep the $30 deposit as a no show fee.
Terms & Conditions
7th Ciel ABN 68 901 577 369 is committed to responsible privacy practices and to complying with the Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (“Privacy Act”) to the extent they apply to us.
This Privacy Policy sets out our policies on the management of personal information including how we collect personal information, the purposes for which we use this information, and to whom this information is disclosed.

Please take the time to read these terms and conditions, as browsing or purchasing on this website means that you have agreed to these terms, as well as all terms listed online in relation to our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Returns Policy.
By using this website, you guarantee that you have read, understood and agreed that:
1) you have the capacity to abide to this agreement and the authority to decide to this agreement,
2) you are bound to these terms and conditions,
3) you agree to comply with all local rules and laws.
7th Ciel reserves the right to change terms and conditions at any time and without notice. These changes are effective immediately. It is your responsibility as the user to read and understand changes to the terms and conditions. The Terms and Conditions are relevant until terminated by 7th Ciel.
7th Ciel reserves the right to terminate these terms at any time without notice. 7th Ciel reserves the right to terminate any part of the website, any users access, any products provided or the website as a whole. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you cannot use the 7th Ciel website.
Subscription
Subscribing: By subscribing you agree to pay your subscription fee for the goods that are delivered for the term agreed by both parties.
Any introductory discount applied on the 6 month subscription means your first month is an introduction month. It also means you have a minimum of another 2 payments due on your commitment term before you can cancel.
Any introductory discount applied on the 12 month subscription means your first month is an introduction month. It also means you have a minimum of another 4 payments due on your commitment term before you can cancel.
Subscription Renewal: By signing up to a 7th Ciel subscription you understand and agree you will be charged at the standard rate and that any promotional codes used as a new customer at signup do not transfer or apply to your renewal fee. The Company do not accept any responsibility or offer refunds for ‘auto renewals’ proceeding if you have failed to cancel your subscription before your next renewal date. You understand and agree that you will be automatically billed after your current subscription of 1, 6 or 12 months expires unless the subscription is 'set to cancel' before your final payment date in your initial commitment.
YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IS CONTINUOUS UNTIL YOU CANCEL AND, IF YOU CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP BEFORE THE END OF AN EXISTING SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE REMAINDER OF THAT SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD.
IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP PRIOR TO YOUR SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL. YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW FOR A NEW SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD OF THE SAME AMOUNT OF TIME.
Cancelling your subscription
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription by logging into your account on the 7th Ciel landing page at any time. This does not initiate any kind of refund if you fail to cancel before the renewal date.
Your subscription is continuous until you cancel and, if you cancel your membership before the end of an existing subscription commitment period, you will be charged for the remainder of that subscription period.
By 7th Ciel stating you can cancel at anytime this directly refers to the renewal and not your commitment term.
Any discounts given on the first month of a new subscription are applied on the assumption you stay subscribed for the entire initial commitment period. If you request to cancel before the end of the initial commitment you no longer qualify for any discount on any boxes and must pay the one month rate for any box you received a discount on.
7th Ciel does not offer a 'free trial' unless stated. You can only cancel after the first box if you select the seasonal subscription. A 6 Month or 12 month subscription is different and you have agreed to stay for the entire subscription period. This policy protects the company from abuse of our discount systems given to new members who want to join up on a new subscription. If you agree to a 6 month or 12 month subscription you need to stay for the full commitment period. Normal seasonal subscriptions can be cancelled at any point.
7th Ciel is a subscription service, by signing up you agree it is your responsibility to cancel your own subscription by logging into your account profile. The Company do not accept responsibility to cancel your account on your behalf. It is up to the customer alone to cancel the subscription. Cancellations must be completed before the next renewal date.
You must cancel your subscription 24 hours before the renewal date.
IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL PRIOR TO THE RENEWAL DATE OF A CALENDAR MONTH, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THAT MONTH’S SERVICE AND YOU WILL RECEIVE A 7th Ciel Box.
All cancellation requests received after the renewal date of a calendar month will apply to the following calendar month.

a. DISCLAIMER: 7th Ciel makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or the completeness of this content, the content of any site linked to this site, contributors, information or any other items or sites linked to this site. We assume no liability or responsibility for:
Errors or inaccuracies of content and materials;
Personal injury or property damage of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and use of the website;
Any unauthorised access to or use of secure servers and any or all personal information stored therein;
Any interruption or down-time on the website;
Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses or the like that could be transmitted through the website;
Any errors or omissions in any content and materials or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted or made available via the Aussie Biz Chic website and social media.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: In no event shall 7th Ciel be liable to any third party for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, including a decrease in profit from your use of the website or social media, contributions or any branded items. 7th Ciel's liability to you in respect of any loss or damage suffered by you and arising out of or in connection with this agreement whether in contract, tort or breach of statuary duty.
c. Everything 7th Ciel sells has its own warranties, and is represented by the various manufactures of said product. In accordance, 7th Ciel makes no warranty with respect to any product sold other than what is stated here. We do not give warranties expressed or implied with any kind of respect to any products sold on the website.
Price
Prices are all displayed and quoted in Australian Dollars. 7th Ciel reserves the right to do any and all fraud checks required. 7th Ciel reserves the right to change prices without notice.
Intellectual Property
7th Ciel owns all content other than outlinked content. This includes our website, data base, content, images, logo, titles, names, illustrations, designs, marketing, graphics, text and images. This may not be used by you for any reason unless authorised in writing from 7thCiel. Any use of any content is against copyright law.
You must not access 7ciel.com.au to do anything for an illegal purpose. International users agree to this in their jurisdiction. You must not attempt to hack, modify or use the website illegally. You must not do anything that would harm users or 7th Ciel. You must not violate our trademark or copyright laws.
Any breach to any part of these terms and conditions terminates your agreement to use this page.

- For fulfilling your orders in order to know where to deliver them, and how to communicate with you about that delivery to process your payment.

Shipping & Refund Policy
Refund policy
Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since our cut off date of the 30th of the month, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
We do not accept returns on boxes and mailers due to change of mind.
Please do not send individual products in your purchase back to the manufacturer.
If you have contacted us within three days of cut-off, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@7ciel.com.au
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@7ciel.com.au.
Please note we may not be able to get the exact same item. In the case of this, we will offer a refund to the price of the item or send you an equivalent item.
Shipping
To return a damaged product, please email contact@7ciel.com.au.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
